BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY. 

A 50% DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO CONFIRM BOOKING:- We wont hold a booking without the deposit. 
Remainder of account must be settled BEFORE or ON ARRIVAL. 

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE TIMES:- 
- ARRIVAL TIME IS AFTER 2.00PM (for us to prep your room). 
- DEPARTURE TIME:- BEFORE 10.00 AM. 
We will accommodate late departures or early arrivals if its possible for us to do so! 

(It depends on how busy we are! But we promise to try- if you have a late flight out e.t.c! )

CANCELLATION POLICY:-
1. CANCELLATIONS, EARLY DEPARTURES & "NO SHOWS"- We will charge the entire amount due, as per the original booking. 
2. Cancellations made up to 60 days of date of arrival forfeit the entire deposit. 
3. Cancellations made up to 61 days of date of arrival forfeit 75% of the deposit.
4. Cancellations made up to 91 days of the date of arrival forfeit 50% of the deposit.

OTHER CONDITIONS FOR STAY:-
YOU STAY AT CAMPSBAYGLEN ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK 

& INDEMNIFY OWNER, MANAGEMENT & STAFF FROM ALL ACCIDENTS, INCLUDING THEFT, DEATH & DISABILITY.

Unruly, offensive or aggressive, noisy people who bother staff or other guests wont be tolerated & if necessary will be evicted without refund. 

We will not hold a booking without the deposit. 
Accounts are to be settled on arrival or before,- we can send you a link to your account if you want.. 

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE 
ARRIVAL:- after 2.00PM (so we can prepare your room). 
DEPARTURE is before 10.00 AM. (We can allow late departures, - obviousely depending on other arrivals!)

Your departure. We are generally easy going & if its not too busy we dont mind you hanging out a few hours longer. - but we need to arrange this and it can only be done if there are no other arrivals after you! We need time to prepare rooms for the next guests. If you have a late flight or need a place to hang out please talk to us and we can usually make a plan when you get here.

PREREQUISITE REQUIREMENTS FOR STAYING AT CAMPSBAYGLEN:-
CAMPSBAYGLEN is open plan & the garden is natural & wild with an open pool and unfenced river. There are trellis gates to all the studios that can be closed for children. Campsbayglen is designed around nature. Its rustic, natural and open plan with many levels. The river can get very wild when the rain is heavy so children need adult supervision.

This venue requires that toddlers & children MUST ALWAYS BE UNDER PARENTAL CARE  especially OUTDOORS in the garden, pool & RIVER AREA!
